Our sustainability policy

At Aspendos Suites, our goal — together with all our staff — is to put guest satisfaction above everything else. In our environmental and sustainability work we cooperate with our staff, guests, suppliers and the relevant authorities to protect the environment, reduce waste, and leave a cleaner world with less air pollution for healthy generations to come, continuously improving our processes.

We comply with all legal requirements in every product and service process.

Our guests’ satisfaction comes first. Following up and resolving every guest complaint, and keeping our guests informed so that a problem becomes an opportunity, are among our core values.

We work to satisfy not only our guests but also our employees, improving continuously through training. Staff training, the protection of human rights and equal rights regardless of religion, language or ethnicity are rules we never compromise on.

We are committed to using energy and water as efficiently as possible and to continuous improvement in energy and water efficiency.

Our main goals include using resources efficiently to prevent pollution, protecting nature, reducing our waste, and recycling or safely neutralising it. Waste water is disposed of safely, with no negative impact on the environment or the local community.

Working in line with hygiene rules and carrying out activities for continuous improvement are among our principles.

In purchasing we support the local economy and work with local businesses wherever possible. For sustainable tourism we choose environmentally friendly products that use less energy and water and create less waste. By understanding our stakeholders’ expectations and needs, we aim to provide better service at the best possible cost.
